Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
The service
MailDrafter.ai ("we", "the service") lets you connect a Gmail account so that AI can draft replies to incoming customer emails, grounded in a data source you provide and your past emails. Every reply is saved as a draft in Gmail for your review — the service never sends email on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing drafted replies before you send them, and for the content sent from your account. You must have the right to connect the Gmail account you link, and to use the data sources you provide.
Payment
MailDrafter.ai is pay-as-you-go: your account has a balance, and each drafted or sent reply deducts a fixed price from it. Emails that are skipped (marketing, notifications, no-reply mail) are not charged. When your balance reaches $0, automatic replies pause until you top up.
No warranty
AI-generated replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You should always review AI-drafted content before sending it or relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailDrafter.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from AI-generated content sent to third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
