Read, drafted, gone. Your mail is processed live in memory — never written to a database, a log or a backup. We keep no copy of your inbox.
A PDF invoice, a screenshot, a photo of a damaged delivery — the AI opens them and answers what's inside. Most assistants only read the message text.
Connect up to 10 Gmail accounts to one login, each with its own FAQ and tone. No per-seat fee, no per-inbox fee — you pay per reply.
$0.25 / reply
$0.30 when the email has attachments.
From your own inbox and the pages you choose to share. Earlier conversations with that person set the tone, while your past emails and any FAQ or support pages you add provide the facts. It works out what's relevant to each email on its own — there is nothing to tag, sort or set up.
Yes. It looks at your previous correspondence with that specific person, so a reply to a colleague reads differently from a reply to a customer.
Yes. If an email arrives with a PDF or an image — an invoice, a screenshot of an error, a photo of a damaged delivery — the AI opens the file and answers what is actually inside it, rather than only reading the message text. Replies to emails with attachments are priced slightly higher, because reading the file costs more.
No. There is no extension and no software to install. You sign in with Google, and drafts start appearing in Gmail wherever you read your mail — desktop, phone or tablet.
No. MailDrafter.ai only creates drafts. Every reply is written to your Gmail drafts and waits for you — you read it, change what you want, and send it yourself. It never sends email on your behalf.
No. Email content is held in memory only for the few seconds it takes to generate one draft, and is never written to the database, logs or backups. What is stored is your account, an access token per connected mailbox, your data-source links, and a content-free log of which messages have been handled, which is deleted automatically after 90 days.
Gmail, including Google Workspace accounts. You can connect up to 10 Gmail accounts to one MailDrafter.ai account — support, sales, info@ — each with its own data sources and its own tone. There is no per-inbox or per-seat fee; you pay per drafted reply whichever inbox it came from.
Claude, from Anthropic, on the paid commercial API — where inputs and outputs are not used to train models. The reply itself is written by a top-tier model rather than a small, cheap one; a smaller model is used only to sort out the mail that needs no answer at all. Because you pay per reply instead of a flat monthly fee, there is no reason for us to run a weaker model to protect a margin.
